Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to airline policies, hotel availability, or currency fluctuations.
Full payment must be made before the commencement of travel unless otherwise agreed in writing.
BA Travel & Tours reserves the right to cancel any booking if payment deadlines are not met.
Cancellation charges vary depending on airline, hotel, and service provider policies.
Any cancellation request must be submitted in writing.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting service charges and third-party fees.
No refund will be issued for unused services once the journey has commenced.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all travel documents (passport, visa, vaccination certificates, tickets) are valid and complete.
BA Travel & Tours will not be responsible for denied boarding, visa refusal, or entry rejection by immigration authorities.
Passports must be valid for at least six months from the date of travel.
Airlines, hotels, and transport providers reserve the right to change schedules without prior notice.
BA Travel & Tours will not be liable for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by airlines, weather conditions, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances.
Any additional cost due to itinerary changes will be borne by the customer.
Travelers are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to travel.
BA Travel & Tours is not liable for illness, injury, accident, or loss during the journey.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all customers.
BA Travel & Tours acts only as an agent for airlines, hotels, transporters, and other service providers. We are not responsible for:
Loss of baggage or personal belongings
Delays, cancellations, or overbooking by third parties
Any indirect or consequential losses
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our service fees only.
